PURPOSE:To obtain a crosslinkable thermoplastic composition having excellent balance or impact resistance, heat resistance and rigidity and excellent appearance, by blending polyamide polymer with an unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride modified olefinic polymer having a specific structure and a crosslinkable polyfunctional compound. CONSTITUTION:A composition obtained by blending (A) 60-97pts.wt. polyamide polymer with (B) B1: olefinic polymer (preferably ethylene propylene copolymer rubber) having <=-10 deg.C glass transition temperature, B2: 0.1-10pts.wt. unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride (preferably maleic anhydride), preferably 0.01-5pts.wt. radical polymerization initiator and 0.01pt.wt. aromatic vinyl monomer in a molten state is, in a later stage, blended with (C) 0.01-20pts.wt. polyfunctional compound containing two or more functional groups (e.g. amino group or epoxy group) having reactivity with COOH, carboxylic acid anhydride group and amino group in a molten state to give a partially crosslinked composition. |
