PURPOSE: To easily form the blind solder joint with a reduced amount solder by bringing a secondary lead part, which is inserted in a main opening inside, into contact with a paste, which is arranged to an end part of a high voltage terminal extending in a case inside direction, and heating. CONSTITUTION: In a case 30 of plastic made of an ignition coil, a soldering paste 43 is arranged to a recessed part 45 formed to a connection part 42 of a high voltage terminal 40 end part inserted from a high voltage opening part 32. Further, from a main opening part 31 of the case 30, a primary coil 14 and a secondary coil 16 wound to a coil iron core 20 are inserted. A terminal 34 of power supply is connected to one end of the primary coil 14, a secondary lead plate 4 is connected to the other end of the secondary coil 16. The secondary lead plate 44 end part is arranged so as to be brought into contact with the soldering paste 43. Successively, by a method, etc., in which an infrared ray is introduced/irradiated from outside without applying physical pressure thereon, soldering is conducted by heating the high voltage terminal 40 end part and the soldering paste 43, the blind solder joint is formed. |
