PURPOSE:To eliminate an interfering component and to obtain simplified and comparatively small-sized circuit and constitution by close arranging spectra of respective two-phase PSK signals modulated by different information data so as to go to condition in which they do not interfere with one another and executing a spreading with a single spreading code. CONSTITUTION:Primary modulated waves of different plural information data I1 and I2 are close adding-arranged in a condition in which they do not interfere frequency-spectrally, a spreading is executed by means of the single spreading code by a clock signal frequency for the spreading code set beforehand and the period length of the spreading code, and the multiplexing of the information data by spread spectrum 9 in maintaining the condition in which an interference does not occur frequency-spectrally. At the time of demodulating, separating detections 26 and 27 and detections 28 and 29 of plural primary modulated waves after an reverse spreading 23 are executed, and independent plural information data are obtained. Thus, the interfering component can be eliminated, and a device can be miniaturized. |
