PURPOSE:To simplify fine process of a thermoelectric element and to obtain the thermoelectric element having excellent characteristics by partly melting a thermoelectric material by irradiating it with a light, and removing an unradiated part. CONSTITUTION:A thermoelectric material 2 is formed on a substrate 1 formed with a glass layer on a copper plate, a laser 3 is scanned to melt and solidify the material in a predetermined pattern. Then, an unradiated part is removed to form the material of a predetermined pattern. Thereafter, the material is covered with organic resin, copper is removed by etching, laminated and electrodes are formed to obtain a thermoelectric element. |
