PURPOSE:To take in and out a material to be irradiated with a simple structure without leakage of ultraviolet rays by providing a shutter mechanism to an inlet and outlet opening of material to be irradiated so as to shut the ultraviolet rays when the opening is opened. CONSTITUTION:A shutter main body 21 is pulled out from a housing 10 through rails 23 and sliding parts 22 by pulling a grip 24, and the sliding parts 22 are revolved at stopping parts 27 so that the shutter main body covers an opening and shutting part 11. When the opening and shutting part 11 is to be opened, a lamp part is intercepted from an irradiation part by inserting the shutter main body 21 into a housing 10 in advance so that the opening and shutting part 11 is able to be opened, and the charging and discharging of the material to be irradiated is carried out without suffering the irradiation of ultraviolet rays. When the opening and shutting part 11 is shut, the shutter main body 21 covers the opening and shutting part 11 so as to be difficult to open the opening and shutting part 11. |
