The post card has a grid of black and white squares on its back surface. These allow all combinations of the numbers used in a game of lotto to be selected. The card's front surface has publicity material on it. The first column of the grid (A) has eight white squares for eight numbers to be chosen. In the columns (1-12) the corresponding numbers are written horizontally. The first column can have up to 14 squares and up to 15 other columns and two or three cards can be used together to give more numbers.
