The door- or window-frame comprises an arch joining onto straight sides and with bent and unbent side plates with grooves and a bent lining section. The lining section (4) between the bent side plates (2,3) is of thin ductile material bent into shape on site. Rigid lining sections (12) in the straight sides join onto it on both sides, and, sealing strips (5',6') at the end of the bent section fit in mating recesses (7-10) in the bent side plates, or in capital-type connectors between them and the unbent ones.
