Method of making walking boot - involves bonding and stitching with upper being bonded to inner intermediate and median soles

The boot is made by bonding the edges of the upper (2) between an inner sole (4) and an intermediate sole (5) with an adhesive. A median sole (6), made of micro-rubberised material, is bonded to the intermediate sole. The inner sole, the upper, the intermediate sole and the median sole are stitched together. A screw (10) is screwed through the intemediate sole, the median sole and the inner sole. Filling material (12) is introduced into the cavity between the inner sole and the intermediate sole. Finally the outer sole (11) is bonded to the median sole.
