CONSTITUTION: The grains of quartz sand, etc., are introduced into a water feed pipe along with compressed air in the first stage to remove the rust, scale, etc., generated in the pipe, and then the pipe is cleaned with pressurized water. Subsequently, the water magnetized in a magnetic field is passed in the second stage, and the pipe is cleaned with pressurized water to remove the remaining rust, scale, etc. The water magnetized in a magnetic field is passed in the third stage to prevent the redeposition of the rust, scale, etc., on the inner wall. Consequently, rust is completely removed even in the water feed pipe in which rusting proceeds completely, and further the progress of rusting is also prevented. |
