The subject of the invention relates to a submerged buoy device with pressure compensator preventing it from being deformed. It consists of the arrangement on either side of a strong peripheral axial hoop 1 of a double hemispherical cap 2, 3 including rigid walls 4, 5 connected by deformable elastic sectors in the form of bellows 11, 1'.
