PURPOSE: To provide the subject producing machine capable of separating short fibers produced from a pulp board with a feed roller, a nose bar and a lickerin from the lickerin by a deflector plate and directing the separated short fibers toward a conveyor screen without using a high-speed air stream. CONSTITUTION: This web producing machine without a duct is capable of producing individual short fibers from a pulp board 30 with a feed roller 32, a nose bar 34 and a lickerin 36, separating the stream of the individual fibers from the lickerin 36 with a deflector plate 40, then directing the stream to a substrate 26 and a conveyor screen 12 and creating a vacuum force on the conveyor screen 12 with a low vacuum chamber 10. |
