The present invention relates to new compounds rich in trace elements and to methods for manufacturing them. These new compounds consist of: 0.001 to 0.3% of trace elements, 23 to 98% of a protein carrier, and 2 to 75% of polyunsaturated fatty acids, and in particular omega -3 and omega -6 polyunsaturated acids.
