This device contains at least one casing capable of carrying out the storage and dispensing functions solely by its shape and having no moving parts or mechanisms. This casing, whose general shape is similar to a rectangular parallelepiped, comprises an opening for inserting the tickets, an outlet slot, an opening capable of cooperating with the user's finger, and an internal form of guidance serving to guide an emerging ticket towards the outlet slot. <IMAGE>
