PURPOSE:To establish the radio line of a radio telephone set with simple constitution by providing one or plural radio connection devices which enters a speaking channel state from a control channel state after a speaking line is set and forms a channel, and switching the control channel and speaking channel state selectively. CONSTITUTION:One radio base station consists of one or plural radio connection devices 200 which set the speaking line of a radio telephone set 220 at a call processing request in respective control channel states and enters the speaking channel state from the control channel state after the speaking line is set to form a channel, and a controller 300 is provided switches the radio connection devices 200 between a state where call processing is accepted over a control channel and other states. Namely, the control part 203 of each radio connection device 200 first enters a halt state with a reset signal from a radio connection device state controller 300 and enters a wait state in receiving a standby state movement indication signal from the state controller 300 in this halt state. Consequently, the radio line of the radio telephone set can be established by the simple constitution and method. |
