PURPOSE:To improve the mold release characteristics after reactive curing by a method in which while a recessed portion is provided on the position opposite to the discharging port of the mixing chamber of an injection runner, a feeding means feeding a cure accelerator into the recessed portion when mixed liquid is injected, is provided. CONSTITUTION:While a recessed portion 13 is provided on the position opposite to the discharging port 6 of the mixing chamber 7 an injection runner 12 where a mold release agent is apt to be separated, the injection path 16 opening in the recessed portion 13 is provided, and a cure accelerator is injected through this injection path 16 when mixed liquid is injected. Accordingly, the collision of the mixed liquid to the wall surface 14 of the recessed portion 13 may be prevented by the fact that the high speed-flow of the mixed liquid in the recessed portion 13 is omitted, and the interface of the mixed liquid is quickly cured by the action of the cure accelerator. Consequently, the separation of the mold release agent in injection molding process is effectively prevented, and the mold release characteristics after reactive curing may be improved. |
