<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to adjust the characteristics of a material to be adjusted efficiently, when the characteristics of the material to be adjusted are adjusted, by adding displays for indicating the kinds to jigs comprising a plurality of electric components other than the material to be set and adjusted, selecting and taking out the jig based on the display, automatically conveying the jig to a specified position, and setting the jig automatically. CONSTITUTION:The following parts are provided in this system: an adjusting means 10, which adjusts the standard values of elements constituting a circuit by an electrical or optical processing; a materiel to be adjusted 20, whose electrical standard value is adjusted with the adjusting means 10; jigs 30, which form a peripheral circuit constituting a specified circuit by fabrication with the material to be adjusted 20; a characteristic measuring means 40, which measures the electric characteristics of a circuit that is constituted by incorporating the material to be adjusted 20 in the jigs 30; an adjusting system control means 50; a jig replacement control means 60; e jig storing shelf 70, which stores a plurality of the jigs 30; and a jig conveying means 80. A display for indicating the kind of each jig 30 is provided. When the jig storing shelf 70 confirms the specified display, said jig 30 is pushed out. The jig 30 is moved to the specified position, which is connected to the characteristic measuring means 40 with the jig conveying means 80.</p> |
