PURPOSE:To provide a screw extrusion molding machine through which a homogeneous extrusion molded material is obtained, by a method wherein discharge soil is discharged outside of a machine by providing a leading path which is capable of making flow control in the reverse direction to a sending out direction of the discharge soil by making the top of a conical part of the tip of an auger screw an inlet. CONSTITUTION:Peculiar discharge soil lying along a conical part 136 of the tip of an auger screw 101 is taken into a hollow part of the screw by passing through a gap 123 between a circular cone of the conical part 136 of the turning auger screw 101 and the rear side of a bevel type tip part 104. Although the peculiar discharge soil taken into the screw changes its direction toward a base part of the screw and molded into a tubular state, it is feared that a space within the screw is clogged as viscosity of the discharge soil is high. A chip breaker 106 is for the purpose of prevention of the clogging and the same cuts the peculiar discharge soil and makes the same discharge soil chips 110. The discharge soil chips 110 are dried by air blown off through an air spouting port 108 provided on a hollow rod 111, dropped and sent in the direction of an arrow B by an inside screw thread 107. Discharge quantity is controlled by adjusting a gap 123 through turning of a handle lever 118. |
