HANDRAIL DEVICE IN EXTENSIBLE MOVABLE STEPPED STAND

PURPOSE: To reduce storage space by bending a metal pipe so that the front support of a balustrade frame mounted on a side edge surface of a movable floor is made flat in back and forth directions and the rear support thereof is made flat in a direction of a side surface. CONSTITUTION: Front supports 9 and 9 of balustrade frames 8a and 8b mounted on side edge surfaces of movable floors 1a and 1b are forwardly inclined and rear supports thereof 14 and 14b are outwardly inclined. A handrail 12 connecting tops of both supports is bent in a key shape to form longer portions 12' and 12' and shorter portions 12" and 12". The balustrade frames 8a and 8b are formed by bending a metal pipe so that front supports 9 and 9 thereof become flat in back and forth directions and rear supports 14 and 14b become flat in the direction of a side surface. Furthermore, a space between the balustrade frames 8a and 8b and movable floors 1a and 1b are closed by covering frames 15, 15 and 16 whereby an overlapped dimension of the movable floors 1a and 1b can be decreased when a seat for spectators is contracted.
