PURPOSE:To obtain a preparation method of ceramics slurry which is stable in a short period of time and easily removed of contained bubbles, by a method wherein a mixture of ceramics powder and a medium is dispersed by agitating the same and the obtained low-viscosity slurry is condensed by evaporating the medium by agitating the low-viscosity slurry under decompression while monitoring the low-viscosity slurry. CONSTITUTION:Ceramics powder is dispersed into a medium by agitating a mixture of the ceramics powder and medium. Obtained low-viscosity slurry is agitated under decompression while monitoring slurry viscosity by a viscosity sensor and the low-viscosity slurry is prepared into predetermined high-viscosity slurry by condensing the low-viscosity slurry by evaporating the medium. Although the ceramics powder is moldable normally by forming the slurry and an organic solvent or water is usable as the medium, it is preferable to make use of the organic solvent as the medium from the view point of vapor pressure. As concentration is performed under decompression of a degree of a low vacuum at the normal temperature, the temperature of slurry can be held almost constant. Therefore, when viscosity of the slurry is kept monitored, a decision whether predetermined viscosity is attained or not is easily performed. |
