摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a product having good quality without any inner blow hole by arranging continuous grooves communicating with molten metal supplying hole in inner diameter of a sleeve and a bush in a die casting machine to escape air in the sleeve to outside. CONSTITUTION:Molten metal is supplied in the sleeve 3 from the molten metal supplying hole (b) and by advancing a plunger tip 2 of an injecting cylinder, the molten metal is pushed into a cavity having product shape through the bush 7 and a runner A, to form the product B. In the above die casting machine, the continuous grooves (d), (e) in the inner diameter of the above sleeve 9 and the bush 7 are formed and communicated with the molten metal supplying hole (b). In accordance with advancing of the plunger tip 2 after position (a') where the end face (a) of the plunger tip passes through the molten metal supplying hole (b), the air in the sleeve 3 and the bush 7 in the range of L-L' is escaped from the molten metal supplying hole (b) through the above grooves (d), (e). By this method, the air quantity remaining in the product B is reduced and the close product having good quality without any inner blow hole is obtd.
