<p>PURPOSE:To improve the coordinate detecting accuracy by avoiding the input of noise components to plural vibration sensors set on a vibration transmitting plate. CONSTITUTION:Three vibration sensors 6 are set at the corner parts of a vibration transmitting plate 8 supported by a reflection preventing plate 7. The coordinate input is displayed on a display device 11 put on the plate 8 by means of a vibration pen 3. In this case, one of two electrodes of the sensor 6 fixed to the lower surface of the plate 8 is grounded and at the same time the output signal of the other electrode is supplied to a waveform detecting circuit 9. Then an electrode film 91 of a conductor set on the upper surface of the plate 8 is grounded via a lead wire, etc.</p> |
