PURPOSE:To obtain a superconductors as a joined product between 2 bodies of superconductors or between the ceramic body and a metallic body without any adverse effect on the characteristics, by adhering a specific ceramic superconductor having a perovskite crystalline structure with a specific solder. CONSTITUTION:The subject high-temperature superconductor is obtained by adhering a ceramic superconductor containing Y-Ba-Cu-O or La-Ba-Cu-O system as the major component and having perovskite crystalline structure to the same superconductor or a metal with a solder which mainly contains 0.05-1wt.% of at least one element selected from Ti, Zr, and Hf and the rest parts of Pb, Sn or Zn. Among these elements added, Ti has strong affinity to O in the Y-Ba-Cu-O system and La-Ba-Cu-O system ceramics, and shows high effect of increasing adhesion. Ti value has an optimal point, and 0.05-1wt.% develops the maximum adhesion. |
