PURPOSE: To surely and strongly clean the inside of a pipeline by cutting, releasing and removing the scales depositing in the pipeline with the soluble solid carried by a high-speed carrier fluid introduced into the pipeline. CONSTITUTION: A high-speed carrier fluid (e.g. air) mixed with a soluble solid 2 (e.g. dry ice) is allowed to flow in a pipeline 4 to be cleaned by a fluid feed means 6 formed with a high-pressure pump P to strike and rub the solid 2 against the scales 11 depositing on the inner periphery of the pipeline 4, and the scales 11 are released and removed from the inner periphery of the pipeline. The inside of the pipeline is surely and strongly cleaned in this way. |
