<p>PURPOSE:To check whether a memory is working normally or not by performing the comparison between the data which is held when it is written into the memory and the data held when it is read out of the memory. CONSTITUTION:When a data writing action is started to a memory array part 1, the write data is written into the part 1 and also given to a data-in latch part 10. Thus the part 10 holds the write data corresponding to a memory cycle in which the data is written in the part 1. When a data reading action is started out of the part 1, a comparing part 3a compares the data read out of the part 1 and the data held by the part 10 and delivers a coincidence signal when the coincidence is obtained between both data.</p> |
