PURPOSE:To contrive improvement of production and reduction of production cost for a product capable of simply obtaining good taste with microwave heating, by housing uncooked or semi-uncooked rice and cooking liquid in same vessel and freezing the food. CONSTITUTION:The objective foods are cooked rices mainly consisting of rice such as well-milled rice, SEKIHAN (rice boiled together with red beans) or SANSAI OKOWA (rice boiled together with red beans and edible wild plants). In the solid food, the rice is used in uncooked or semi-uncooked state. Microwave heating is preferably used as semi-cooking. State adding solid product such as food other than rice is not especially limited. The solid material is packed with cooking liquid into a prescribed vessel at a proper ratio and the mixture is frozen and stored. |
