<p>The method comprises attaching many connected together cutoff agent-sealing members (2) having a predetermined open area and volume necessary for covering a crack (9) from the outside to the surface of a concrete structure (8) along the crack line, introducing a cutoff agent (1) composed of a blowing resin under pressure into the cutoff agent-sealing members, filling the cutoff agent, introduced under pressure, in the cutoff-sealing members to elevate the pressure within the cutoff agent- sealing members, and by the elevated pressure causing the cutoff agent to intrude deeply into the interior of the crack, whereby an inundation and leakage of water from the crack can be prevented. The method is time-sparing, and is operable with curved crack-lines. The cutoff agent is caused to deeply intrude into the main crack and into any peripheral and branched cracks.</p> |
