PURPOSE:To produce frozen gratin readily cookable with an electronic oven, by charging the ingredients under the sauces, thereby the lower layer is heated to generate steam and the temperature rise of the upper sauce layer is accelerated by the steam, resulting in shortened thawing and cooking hours. CONSTITUTION:A pouch is filled with the first upper layer of a sauce such as white sauce, the second lower ingredient layer where macaroni, vegetables, fishes, meat, are arranged so that they have appropriate spaces one another, and, when needed, toppings such as fried crumbs or processed cheese, then rapidly refrigerated. |
