<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the resistance adjustment at circuit adjustment by cutting protrusions including a conductor pattern along a groove. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of film resistors 5 of ruthenium oxide, etc., are formed on a substrate 1 of ceramic, by baking or the like. The film resistor 5 are connected by a conductor pattern 7 of silver-palladium, etc., and the both ends whereof are connected to terminals 6 (6a, 6b). Each of a notch 2 is formed between the conductor patterns 7, and between the conductor patterns 7 and the another end (protrusion 4d), and a plurality of protrusions 4 are provided on one side of the substrate whereon the conductor pattern 7 is formed. On the back face of the conductor pattern 7 formed on the substrate 1, a groove 3 is provided crossing rectangularly with a notch 2 and the conductor pattern 7 except the protrusions 4d and 4e. Resistance adjustment can be therefore operated by removing the protrusions 4 (4a-4c) separately corresponding to the resistance adjustment stage without requiring soldering work.</p> |
