PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a lack of a signal having specific frequency in music information and a change of a phase by adding a false irregular noise to obtain copyright information. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is provided with an information adding means 3 for adding a false irregular noise to music information when a copyright owner records the music information in a recording medium. Namely, when the music information to which copyright information is added is inputted, the copyright information is added by an adder 304 and outputted. The copyright information is the false irregular noise and is formed by applying a clock from a clock signal generator 302 to an M-sequence generator 301 and converting an output signal from the generator 301 into an analog signal by a D/A converter 303. Consequently, a signal with the specific frequency is not lacked and a large change of a phase is not generated. |
