PURPOSE:To obtain the characteristics of the desired rectifying time-constant circuit by cascade-connecting an absolute value circuit consisting of the first inversion amplifier, a rectifying circuit composed of the second inversion amplifier and a time constant circuit. CONSTITUTION:The absolute value circuit 2 formed by resistors R11-R14, diodes D11, D12 and the first inversion amplifier IC11, the rectifying circuit 3 formed by resistors R14-R16, a diode D13 and the second inversion amplifier IC12 and the time constant circuit 4 formed by the output impedance Z0 of the rectifying circuit 3, resistors R16, R17 and a capacitor C are cascade-connected. Accordingly, various characteristics which have been acquired by a conventional rectifying time-constant circuit using germanium diodes as rectifying elements can be obtained approximately even when the silicon diodes are employed as rectifying elements. |
