PRODUCTION OF FEEDSTOCK POWDER FOR CERAMIC SUPERCONDUCTOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the title feedstock powder which shows excellent superconductive properties after the forming of compressed powder by introducing a powder of the starting composition for ceramic superconductor into oxygen plasma jet to form spherical particles. CONSTITUTION:A powder of the feedstock composition to be converted into a ceramic superconductor and an operation gas are introduced from inlets 2, 3 into the plasma jet torch 1 to effect their reactions in the oxygen plasma jet 4 and the resultant spherical fine particles are collected into the chamber 5.
