<p>A programmable switching transistor circuit has at least one pair of semi-conductor devices (12, 14) of opposite types, e.g., pnp and npn types, interconnected with the gate terminal of the first device (12) connected to the anode terminal of the second device (14). The cathode terminal of the first device (12) is connected to a control terminal (G). A voltage dependant switch (15), such as a zenner diode, is connected between the control terminal (G) and the gate terminal of the second device whereby the circuit becomes voltage controlled for "on" and "off" switching in accordance with external circuit parameters and the voltage value of the switch (15).</p> |
