PURPOSE: To eliminate cumbersome dial operation and achieve automatic dialing by decoding magnetic stripes code on the card in combination with a card sorter using filing rods and sorting cuts on the card representing the first letter or initial of the owner's name of the card. CONSTITUTION: Sorting cuts 3, 4 are formed on an edge of the card 1 representing the first letter or initial of the owner's name of the card. The base plate having a holding hole 5 is placed on a case frame 13 where a filing rod 16 is able to be attached or removed and to engage with the sorting cuts for filing. A magnetic stripe is formed on one side of the card to record telephone number of the owner or the organization he belongs to and montage information of the owner. A card-input slot 24 is prepared on the phone and magnetic readers 25, 26, 27 are equipped in the slot to decode the phone number on the card and to achieve dialing. A display 32 equipped on the phone displays the montage 34. |
