Rotating piston machine

Known rotating piston machines have moving seals or adjustable fitting parts between the casing and piston or rotor. Moving seals cause friction and the state-of-the-art adjustable fitting parts are not suitable for mass production. The new rotating piston machine is designed so that casing channels which came out of the outer wall of the casing emerge into the gap remaining in the slots beneath the fitting parts. After assembly of the machine, liquid thermosetting plastic is pressed into the gap via the casing channels, so that the fitting parts are pressed out of the slots under the injection pressure, and lie against the walls of the piston or rotor. This makes mass production and a limitation of the variations of units feasible.
