1. Novel methacrylic polymers or of the polymethacrylate type, characterized in that they are obtained by copolymerizing a mixture of : (I) : a methacrylate or a mixture of methacrylates having an average number of 12-20 carbon atoms in the alkyl chain ; (II) : a methacrylate or a mixture of methacrylates having an average carbon atom number in their alkyl chains comprised between 4 and 10 ; and (III) : methyl methacrylate.
