PURPOSE:To prevent the infiltration of dirt and dust into a projecting part by covering the projecting part with a member which allows transmission of projecting light. CONSTITUTION:The ray from a light source 79 of the projecting part 76 is passed through a cold filter 780, an interference filter 81, a lens 82, a stop 83, and a lens 84 and is thereby made into the projecting ray of a prescribed wavelength. This ray is transmitted through transparent glass 86 via a mirror 85 and is projected from a projection window 88 formed to a condensing unit 87 to the measuring surface of an analysis slide 2. The reflected light is transmitted through an optical fiber 89 of a measuring part 77 to a light receiving element 90. The glass 86 is disposed in the position below the condensing unit 87 to cover the projecting part 76 to prevent the infiltration of the dust and dirt into the projecting part 76 even if the dust and dirt are gathered by the operation of a disk 43 and are dropped from the projecting window 77. The incident of the projection light which is transmitted through said glass and is reflected on the slide 2 to the optical fiber 89 is not hindered. |
