<p>A CRT filter consisting of a film with a transparent conductive layer effectively eliminates the static electricity which is generated from the CRT. The film with the transparent conductive layer can be laminated onto a nonconductive transparent sheet or plate. The CRT filter has excellent static electricity eliminating capability. The CRT filter is of such a shape that it can be attached closely onto the front surface of a CRT. Therefore it is also possible to prevent blurring of the display image in the corner portion of the screen without deteriorating the resolution.</p>
