PURPOSE:To obtain a slab having a flat upper surface, by a method wherein both the sides of a slab are lifted up by a bag body along the rise curve of expandable stock solution and polyurethane foam is compressed slightly by a press roll at an arbitrary time point prior to a time before curing from a time, immediately before the finish of foaming reaction. CONSTITUTION:Continuous bag bodies 11 are supplied to the inside surfaces of side papers 5a, 5b by supplying rollers 12, arranged at the outside of side fences 4a, 4b, and are adhered to expandable stock solution, discharged out of a nozzle 6 and going to rise. Guide jigs 13, made of wires, are penetrated through the inner part of the bag bodies 11 along the rise curve of the expandable stock solution while a press roll 15, compressing slightly polyurethane foam before curing through a film 14, is provided detachably at predetermined positions of the side fences 4a, 4b. The polyurethane foam is compressed by a press roll 15 slightly through the film 14 at an arbitrary time prior to a time before curing from a time immediately before finishing foaming reaction to push protrusions on the surface of the polyurethane foam to the end of the surface and flatten the surface. |
