PURPOSE:To perform picture processing such as picture editing and short and long distance communication of picture information easily and rapidly by providing the titled device with a picture processing information forming unit, a reader part and a printer part. CONSTITUTION:In a picture processing controlling part 100, a buffer memory 200 stores the picture information of an original with prescribed size as the unit of one sheet temporally. A DMA controller 80 controls direct memory access (DMA) between the buffer memory 20 and a disc memory 90. The system concerned is coupled with a DDX circuit through an interface 60. An exhcnage 40 switches the transfer line of the picture information and transmits/receives the picture information between an optical fiber interface 70, the reader part 500 or the printer part 600 and the buffer memory 20. In an editing station 400, an editing station controlling part 450 controls an editing station console 200, a stylus pen 280 and a CRT 300. |
