PURPOSE:To provide an isotropic electromagnetic steel plate having excellent rusting resistance and improved magnetic characteristics by specifying the addition ratio of P, Cr, etc., in the compsn. of the steel plate and regulating the contents of Mn and Cr by the total amt. CONSTITUTION:The compsn. of the titled steel plate is formed with, by weight, <=0.015% C, <=3.5% Si, 0.05-1.0% Mn, 0.01-0.15% P, <=0.5% Al, 0.20-1.0% Cr, furthermore at need with 0.01-0.20% Cu and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. As the impurities, <=0.01% S, <=0.005% N and <=0.005% O are regulated as well and the compsn. is regulated in such a manner that <=1.5% Mn+Cr and >=0.20% Cr+Cu are satisfied. Since said isotropic electromagnetic steel plate has good magnetic characteristics and excellent rusting resistance, it is no need to take special measures for rusting in the case of keeping, transport and actual usage. |
