<p>PURPOSE:To improve the corrosion resistance and heat insulation of the apparatus by forming the main body of a hot water storage tank into a dividing and assembling type with a ceramic material. CONSTITUTION:Flanges 5 are integrally formed at the upper end of a vessel drum part 18, and a fitting hole 19 for loading a supply water pipe 10 is formed on the lower leve side. Between a flange part 10' of a feed water pipe 10 and a nut 20 screwed thereto, is clamped a mouth edge part of the fitting hole 19 via a packing. Furthermore, on the other side of the vessel drum part 18 is formed an insertion port 21 into which is inserted a heater 22. The mounting flanges formed on the base peripheral side of the heater 22 is fitted into the side wall of the vessel drum part 18 by means of a bolt in a watertight manner. Furthermore, a upper lid 23 on which fitting flanges 6 are provided, are fitted to the upper end open part of the vessel drum part 18 in a watertight manner, and a mounting port 23' which mounts a feed water pipe 17 is formed at the central part of the upper lid 23. A heat insulating material 2 is filled between a main body 3 of a hot water storage tank thus contructed and an armoring plate 1.</p> |
