PURPOSE:To reduce deviation from circularity and to enhance dimensional precision by drawing a drawn tube made of Al or its alloy again after annealing. CONSTITUTION:The drawn tube made of Al or its alloy is again drawn after annealing. The strength of the tube is lowered by releasing residual stress, but desired strength is achieved by twice cool drawing, thus permitting the drum for the photosensitive body free from strain and deformation and reduced in deviation from circularity to be manufactured in a small thickness never obtained before without variance, and cost to be cut down and resources to be saved. |
