PURPOSE:To improve operability and preparation accuracy by providing the definition style preparation tools of both control sentence type and screen interactive type, converting data processed between both the definition style preparation tools and utilizing them mutually. CONSTITUTION:An object converting means 2 has a function to convert the control sentence edited by a control sentence editing means 1 and internal data edited interactively by a interactive editing means 6 into an object, and a data converting means 8, in accordance with the instruction of a tool switching means 22, executes mutually a data conversion between the control sentence under processing by the control sentence editing means and internal data under processing by the interactive editing means 6. Thus, the outline of the definition style can be designated with the screen interactive preparation tool while giving a priority to the operability and also for the part of the definition style to be required a detailed designation, the control sentence type preparation tool can be used, therefore the preparation can be facilitated and the preparation accuracy can be increased.
