PURPOSE:To output the capacity of a laser beam oscillator to the maximum by controlling the laser beam output according to a function of a pattern of the laser beam output calculated from time information and laser beam output information. CONSTITUTION:In case a command control part 4 judges to be a shot command and a shot function is not finished, the time information of the laser beam output is selected and outputted to a function generator 6 together with the laser beam output information consisting of the laser beam output, frequency, duty, etc. The function generator 6 confirms whether or not it is an increasing time zone of a laser beam P based on the time information outputted from the command control part 4 and in case it is not, the laser beam P is finished as p. On the other hand, with a decision step, in case it is the increasing time zone t1 of the laser beam P, the time T is made to zero in order to carry out the laser beam output P from the first. Then, the function generator 6 selects the function to calculate the laser beam output P in the optional time based on the time information and the laser beam output information outputted from the command control part 4. |
