PURPOSE:To obtain the titled grain causing neither change of properties of grain nor change of vitamin B2 even by enrichment of grain with vitamin B2 to be changed by light, by coating grain with calcium by using a tacky agent. CONSTITUTION:Grain is coated with calcium by using a tacky agent (preferably protein) to give the aimed enriched grain. |
