PURPOSE:To obtain the titled KAMABOKO (boiled fish paste) of a form similar to shrimp meat, by using ground fish meat as a main raw material, intertwisting fibrous raw material in the form of a rope, blending and weaving the rope and wrapping the obtained KAMABOKO core with a pasty material made from ground meat. CONSTITUTION:A fibrous material produced by using ground fish meat as a main raw material is intertwined to form a rope, which is blended and woven to form a main body 11 of a shrimp-shaped KAMABOKO as a core of a shrimp- shaped KAMABOKO 10. The main body 11 of the shrimp-shaped KAMABOKO is wrapped with an outer skin 12 produced by a pasty product made of ground meat. A shrimp-shaped KAMABOKO having different meat qualities between the core and the skin can be prepared by this process. |
