PURPOSE:To easily and surely execute positioning of a connecting nozzle by connecting in order a swing arm, link arm and operating arm on a base to consist an apparatus and also arranging brake mechanism to each arm. CONSTITUTION:The swing arm 11 is connected with the base 10 through a joint 19, and also the link arm 12 and the operating arm 13 are arranged in order through joints 20, 21. Then, in each joint 19, 20, 21, the clutch brakes 16, 17, 18 are arranged as the brake mechanism, respectively. When an operator on fixed deck 9 fits the connecting nozzle 8 holding with a holding lever 14 through handle 26 to a ladle 4, the operator operates each clutch brake 16, 17, 18 through each lever 11, 12, 13, to position and fit the nozzle 8 to the ladle 4. By this method, the positioning is easily and surely executed. |
