An alphanumeric display, a microphone, and a loudspeaker are also provided. The computer may be placed on all types of vehicles, either set into the dashboard or fixed onto it, and provides control of vehicle functions and generates audible malfunction messages, delivering audible courtesy and warning messages. Recording and replaying audible messages, serving as an anti-theft system, and displaying information on fuel consumption, elasped time etc. are other functions that the computer may perform.
