The invention relates to a method for assembling panels into a partition. The main innovation concerns a U-shaped profile 2 which is directly fitted into grooves 5 previously made on the edges of the panels 1 forming the partition. Another innovation relates to the design of the glazed frame 8, 9. The glazed frame is assembled by crimping 15, 16 or adhesive bonding, the glass panes 12 are then adhesively bonded to the framing.
