PURPOSE:To decrease the number of steps and at the same time to reduce the circuit scale when the signal which uses data periodically and repetitively is processed by calculating the present address number by a desired equation and by means of the maximum and minimum address numbers, a pre-address number and an increment degree or a decrement degree. CONSTITUTION:The minimum and maximum address numbers are defined as A0 and An-1 respectively in a storage region, and pre-address number is defined as D0 with increment and decrement degree set at I1 and I2 respectively. In such a case, the present address numbers D1 (increment) and D2 (decrement) are obtained from an equation (1) and (2) respectively. In other words, the increment degree I1 (I1>An-1D0), the circulating period n(n=2I<-1>), A0 and An-1 are set to registers R11, R12, R13, R14 respectively, for example, to start the 1st period. As a result, the R13 is set to D0 and then D0+I1 with addition of the I1 to obtain a product with the R12 through an AND. In such a way, the signal processing is accelerated along with the reduction of the circuit scale. |
